Homemade Mint Lemonade
This is one of those recipes that will forever remind me of a certain place and time. Freshly squeezed mint lemonade is on almost every menu regardless of where you eat in Israel. While we were living in Tel Aviv, I tried my hand at making our own version. It is a great recipe for little hands to help in the kitchen.
The ingredients are straightforward without any processed sugar or artificial flavors. We added mint leaves to create mint-infused iced cubes! That was Remy's favorite job.
I just picked up popsicle molds from the store, and I'm planning to use our lemonade in them this weekend. They will make the perfect frozen treat now that summertime is in full swing! You can find my recipe here on Super Healthy Kids. If you haven't visited their website, I highly recommend it. They are an incredible resource for healthy, fun food options for little ones, and I'm honored to be a monthly contributor to their blog.
